By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

OVRScale provides AI automation services, including but not limited to AI Voice Assistants, AI Chatbots, CRM Setup, and Google Ads management for businesses.

3. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. Setup fees are non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OVRScale be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
